Hello! I hope you all are doing well. Things have been turned upside down at work recently, so that has kept me busy. But perhaps more on that another time... I opted to flip the sketch, but then a sentiment didn't look good so I left it off. I often need blank note cards, so it will be useful in the future. Thanks for stopping in today.

 Greetings! I hope you are all doing well. Took last week off , needed a mental break. Job stress has got the better of me lately. The colours this week just said floral to me, and look how fabulous they worked with this stencil... yep it's a stencil. I used the same 3 colours, just heavier hand for the highlight layer. The makes me want to run out to the garden , but it's a bit too hot for my liking today. Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello! It's Tuesday again, I feel like I lost a whole week. I came down with a kidney infection last week, feeling better now. I feel like I slept more last week than the whole month. For my card this week I wanted to try something different with the "white space" .. not white. I have a new found love of Pink fresh studio stamps/dies , I really wanted to use this butterfly. I think I'm just going to send all my money to them.. LOL!!! Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello! Welcome back. I hope you are all doing well. It's been an unusual week here. There has been a 12 yr old autistic boy missing in our area for the last week fairly close to my home. We have seen and heard the search party for days on end. He went missing along the riverbank. I'd love to tell you that he was found safely, but that isn't the case. I'm just relieved the family will have some closure. So who has some happy news to share?  Deets on the card: branch die is from Hero arts, sentiment is from Taylored expressions. Die cut the branch from watercolor paper , cut some extra flowers to layer over top. Thanks for stopping by today.

 Hello! I hope you are all doing well. I've had a busy weekend, laundry pile was very big. I was able to get some planting done in my garden. I didn't get as far as I wanted, lots of distractions. My oldest son's friend's younger brother needed an urgent heart surgery on Friday and he wanted to talk to me about it, so mom had to listen and comfort. He is home and doing well now! My darling hubby made them dinner and cookies , I delivered. On Saturday I had planed a full day of yard/garden work, didn't happen. I take a 7am aqua fitness and an 8am aqua bootcamp on Saturday... 1st classes almost did me in. I managed to get several things planted/moved, but it's a work in progress. We had a very large tree removed from our backyard a couple years ago and my mostly shade plant garden isn't doing well. I've been moving things or giving them to friends with shade gardens, but I still have a way to go. Since my flowers aren't all planted I made a flower card. Stencils and die are pinkfresh studio and sentiment is TE.

 Hello! Thanks for stopping by today. I have been enjoying the mini slim card size a lot recently, It's perfect for adding cash/check inside. This card was made for my sister in law who is having a girl in June. I hosted a "sprinkle" for her 2 weeks ago, so I can share the card now that she's seen it. I hope you all have a wonderful day.
