PTI Febuary blog hop

Hello, finally able to get my card for the Papertrey ink febuary blog hop..... I was on call today, eye emergencies wait for no one.  The challenge this month was to make an inter-active card... great chance to try out my new slider die. I think I'll be making alot of these slders, they will be a be hit with the co-workers(aka my customers) . Now I'm thinking about all those dies I'd don't own that will be great for this...darn you papertrey ink , you are an addiction.  have a great night, Sam

The Paper Players Design Team Call

 Hello! A haapy monday to you. These calls have all been viewed before, but I picked them out randomly (seriously just random... figured what have I got to lose.) for the Design team call @ The Paper Players.  All the ladies have wonderful style .  I hope my cards could match their level of creativity. I like to think my style isn't limited to just 1 style, but if it is ... it would be clean and simple. I love to try new things and am constantly pushing myself to do new challenges. Here is my final card for the night.. from sketch #4 . This morning when I saw all the sketches  I said , I'm going to do them all..... then  I worked 7hrs(left early  due ti snow storm) , drove home in snow storm, dinner, laundry... now more energy.... alas only 3 cards. Really wiped out all a rough work week so heading to bed shortly. we'll be busy with snow clean up in the morning.... have a great night, Sam

My favorite things.

Hello, happy super bowl sunday..  husbands distracted so you can shop day... hehe. This is my take on the Favorite things challenge for Papertrey Ink.  I chose some on my favorites(colors, pattern paper) and picked Lisa Johnson's card for inspiration... after all I'm a Johnson also. Enjoy, Sam
