THAIC #91

Hello! I am enjoying this turquoise color for Christmas cards right now. I used a silver glitter paper and some alcohol inks to create this background, splattered some white wash , added the large snowflake and a sentiment to complete the card. I'm thrilled with the end result and will make a few more with some other backgrounds I made. I hope you all are doing well. Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello! Sorry I missed last week... tough week at work. My favorite doctor had to retire immediately due to health issues and it just broke my heart. I loved working for this man, truly a wonderful human being. So I just wasn't in a good head space to create. It's finally warmed up enough to dig in the dirt in my yard so I've been doing that, preparing my garden for planting. Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello! I hope you are all doing well. It was snowing here today after a week of 50 degrees and sunny. I was looking forward to spring so much . I've had my eye on this stamp from Gina K since it came out , I had to wait until it was restocked... so finally I can play with it. I'm planning to make this in several other colors, It's simple yet really pretty. Thanks for stopping by today.

CC&S #410

Hello! I hope you all are doing well. It's finally warming up more here, it was 66 degrees today. This makes me long to dig in the dirt and plant flowers. I've been watching Garden Answer on you tube looking for new ideas for my garden this summer. Anyone else enjoy that channel? I used this lovely floral image (stamptember SSS/altenew) watercolored it and the sentiment is from SSS. Thanks for stopping by today.

CC&S #409

Hello! I hope you are all doing well. I've been trying to push myself out of my comfort zone with my card making. Normally if there is green in the challenge colors, I'd make a floral card.... so I challenged myself to do something a little different. I'm happy I did. I think it's a fun card and I could try it with a more challenging color selection.  Stamps and dies are all Taylored Expressions. Thanks for stopping by today, I'm going to get out any enjoy some much needed sunshine.
