Hello! I hope you all are doing well. I am longing for spring , so I made a spring colored card this week. I used alcohol pearl inks to make the rainbow . I've been trying to make more cards to mail to friends recently, to cheer people up. Also  I finally got around to better organizing my craft spot ( small area in our basement). I don't know why I saved so many tiny scraps of paper? Well I tossed them . Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello! I hope you are all doing well. I hope your holidays were good. I'm starting on Christmas early this year and with my card class ladies too. I teach a mother and daughter card making when it's safe to do so and both have said this year we need to work on Christmas all year . We all were scrambling to get cards together to send out. I I love snowmen , so when I came across this die set I had to have it. This is my 1st slim line card (a bit of trouble photographing sorry). It wasn't too difficult and I will likely make this at a class soon. Don't worry , I'm not exposing the mother to anything. I've had both doses of the vaccine as I'm a healthcare worker and so has her daughter. We do sit at her larger kitchen table safely spaced too. Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello! I hope you all are doing well. I've been a bit off for the last few days. I had my 2nd dose of the vaccine last week and I've been exhausted ever since. I know it's a side effect, hopefully it eases up soon. Again this week with another get well card. I have a coworker having surgery today and she will be out for months. She loves my cards, so I'm sure this will brighten her day. Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello! I hope you are all doing good. I'm exhausted, but I did that to myself. For the last few months I've been taking aqua boot camp ( high intensity aqua aerobics) , I was really struggling with feeling depressed ( I work in healthcare, stressful) . I really enjoy it, and have made some great new friends. Don't worry it's really safe, temp checks, more than 6 feet apart, plus in a millions gallons of chlorinated water. Well in today's class I flipped off my noddle ( floating device) and my glasses went to the bottom of the pool. The lifeguard went to get them for me. A friend from class is having breast cancer surgery, so I made this for us all to sign and then send to cheer her up. The floral image is Altenew , sentiment is hero arts.  Hello! Welcome back , I hope everyone is doing well. What's been happening with me since I last posted? Well I still haven't cleaned or organized my craft room... maybe soon. I got the vaccine, broke out in hives, but still going to get the 2nd dose. I am OVER this and want to do my part to get it over with quicker. So I hope to be able to create more this year, last year I was in a slump. I used the frayed edge stencil from TE and ink blended the 2 blue tones for the background, splattered some white paint over it added the bear and sentiment from Altenew then a couple red hearts and card base to bring in the 3rd color.
