Good tidings to you

Hello , happily enjoying a much needed day off . Hubby is cleaning the basement ( happy dance time ) and I'm trying to come up with Christmas card ideas ... This is one I created today for the SSS blog challenge "work it Wednesday". Thanks for looking.

Hello, my weekend got away from me once again , so here I am with a late night post before bed . I am entering this card into SSS Wednesday challenge "Christmas" , AAA cards "anything goes" , and also JUGS " red , green and gold" . I am happy with how this turned out , just not the mess on my table trying out different inks and stamps . Have a great night. 

Thinking of you

One last card to share before I head of to dreamland ... Much needed after today. This card is for my Aunt Bobby , she recently fell and broke her arm . I'm submitting it for SSS Wednesday challenge " thinking of you " and for just us girls #319 watercolor challenge . Have a good nite .

So I stayed home from work today to take my 11yr old son to see an orthopedic surgeon , he is not a ninja ... Broken elbow proves that . He is doing well tonight so I'm sneaking in craft time . This is my take on the precious metals challenge at "cas-usl Fridays " #145. Trying to build up my Christmas cards supply . Have a great night . 

Day off crafting

So today I'm enjoying a much needed day off. Plenty to keep me busy as we are headed to Fort Wayne shortly for a chess tournament for my kiddos .. Long day of sitting around tomorrow , I hope to finish my Christmas cards. I snuck in a little crafty time while doing some laundry . I'm playing along with Inky chicks "silent night" challenge and with SSS Monday  " letter N" challenge .

Hello, it's a stormy evening here outside Chicago ... So since I was hanging out in the basement anyway I decided to play along with this challenge . I liked how the negative from the watercolor end cover plate turned out I used that for a card also . Going to try to finish my laundry while I still have power . Good nite !

Hello , Happy Halloween to all. I have really busy day today so I crafted early . This is my take on MIM #228 , pearlized blending . This was really difficult to photograph well , never could get the shimmer to show as well as I would have liked . Hope you all have a great day .

Hello! Long time no post..... I've been busy, not making cards. ;(  New job isn't as close as I would like, 2 boys in chess 2 different days, and a few health issues. Hopefully all that is behind me now. This is a quick card I made for the Papertrey Anniversary challenge. The printable download images were great..... I chose the valentine since it's just around the corner. Gonna try to sneak in a few more before 7am ... Sam
