Thankful

Greetings on this election day. When i went to vote today one of the poll clerks asked me how my "election return " was.... 12 yrs ago hubby and i went to vote on our way to the hospital for a "routine " test , but the ladies at the poll insisted on cutting us ahead. They said they weren't delivering my baby . I told them I wasn't due for another 6 weeks.... wonder what they saw ? I arrived for route test and was found to be in active labor.. i didn't feel a thing. So those ladies were right, we watched the returns from labor and delivery . My "return " is a happy healthy 12yr old boy. Which is my happy election story for today, thinking we could use one tonight. Sharing my card for this weeks color challenge at CAS colours & sketches. Hello,  I hope your Sunday is going better than mine. I managed to turn my once white work scrubs pink, left post it notes in the pocket. I've spent most of my day trying everything I could.... still pink . So while i wait on wash load #6 (fingers crossed) i will share with you my card for Christmas card challenges #47 . Hello, Happy Halloween. I am sharing this quickly as I will have tons of kids at my door any minute. This is my card for CAS colours and sketches weekly challenge. I am giving it a try for their design team call... wish me luck . see you soon.

Hello, hope you weekend is going well. I'm trying to sneak in some card making time, not much luck. Our furnace didn't turn on for the season and a new one is being put in. My crafting area is in the same room as the furnace, so not able to work. I created these cards really early this morning for the Case this sketch challenge #196. They were asking for cards to donate to a humane society.. so this is what i came up with.  Thanks for stopping by.

Hello, I've been waiting all day to be able to Hop along . I start work before the Blog hop starts and when I got home those pesky kids of mine wanted to be fed... so crafting had to wait. Hello , hope you had a nice day. I am sharing my card for this week's MIM.. dry brush technique. Since I own no re-inkers( i know how sad) , I used white and gold paint mixed together over the red cardstock. I am happy with how this turned out. Thanks for stopping by.
