Hello! I hope you are all doing well. I've been trying to push myself out of my comfort zone with my card making. Normally if there is green in the challenge colors, I'd make a floral card.... so I challenged myself to do something a little different. I'm happy I did. I think it's a fun card and I could try it with a more challenging color selection.  Stamps and dies are all Taylored Expressions. Hello! A week later I'm happy to report it's not snowing or freezing... YEAH! It's supposed to be in the 30-40"s all week. Hopefully our 3 feet of snow cover doesn't all melt at once. For my card I used images and sentiments from MTF. I smudged the background in one spot, so then I had to add splatters. It's always good to be able to creatively hide a boo- boo.  Hello! I hope you are all well. I'm really going to make a solid effort this year to have more Christmas cards done earlier. I've been meaning to make multiples of each one I make to have a bigger supply on hand. This one was really easy to make, I used some distress inks to water color the tree diecuts and then used the remaining ink to do the background. I liked the softer look for the background. Hello! I hope you are all doing well. I've had a bit more time to work on my cards recently, too cold to leave the house. I'm so ready so spring. We had -25 degrees wind chill here this weekend, it's snowed almost every day for the last 2 weeks... and snowing now. But on a positive note it won't last forever. I used this floral image from the Greetery and the sentiment is from Taylored Expressions. I really liked the grey for the leaves .Thanks for stopping by today. Have a wonderful day and stay warm.

Hello! I hope you all are doing well. I've been busy trying not to freeze. We are a couple days into an artic freeze here.. it's awful. So I made my card this week something that warms my heart.. mythical creatures. This adorable stamp came out on leap day and I had to have him. I opted to flip the sketch to better fit how I wanted him to float in the clouds. This made me happy to create, crafting has been a real struggle this pass year.. as I'm sure it has for others. I've been saving tons of ideas on pinterest and instagram in hopes it sparks some creativity. I hope you all are safe and warm where ever you are. Thanks for stopping by today.

 Hello! I hope you are all doing well. We finally finished digging out from a big snow storm . So it feels like Christmas time here. The background for this card was created using a Newton's nook stencil, the circle and reindeer die as well as the sentiment strip are SSS. This is one I could mass produce very easily, which is what I need . Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello! I hope this groundhogs day finds you all doing well. I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone with my card making this year.
