THAIC #66

Hello! I'm popping in today to share my card for this week's anything goes challenge at The Holly and Ivy Christmas challenge. The stamps are Peaceful dove Wplus 9 and Christmas sentiment strips TE. This dove was one on my wishlist for awhile now, finally back in stock. Don't you get so bummed when you see a stamp you love and it's sold out? That's one of the perks of creating Christmas cards all year, the Christmas stamps are always in stock in the off season. Thanks for stopping in today.

CC&S #359

Hello! I'm back with my final challenge as hostess for February @ CC&S. I had fun hosting this month, I really tried to push myself to try new things. The stamps and dies are Concord and 9th , there is a turn about stamp that goes with this set too.but I felt that didn't really keep with our CAS design. I've been working hard to purge and organize my craft space, it is getting better. I would love to say I've used all the new stuff I purchased, but I keep buying more . If theses stamp companies would just not release anything new for awhile maybe I could catch up... LOL!!! Thanks for stopping by today.

PCC371

Hello! I'm playing along with the sketch challenge at Paper Craft Crew today. I've been trying to get my mojo back after feeling burnt out for months, so I'm trying out a couple new to me challenges. I tried a few different background options before settling on this one. The floral image is from the Ton and the sentiment is Taylored expressions. Thanks for stopping by today.

Color throw down #581

Hello! I've been trying to be better about playing along with other challenges this year. I always see different challenges and think of an idea for it, but don't get around to posting it. Thankfully today I had some time to myself to craft. I've been itching to use this new die from Hero Arts (isn't it darling) , this color challenge was perfect. I picked up so many new stamps and dies recently I feel the need to use them all right away, but don't always. So I guess I'll need to start working on that next. Thanks for popping in today.

CC&S #358

Hello! I'm back with another color challenge . I'm longing for spring to come so I picked spring like colors for this challenge. I need to get out and work on my yard. 2 weeks ago we had on water line burst under our garage floor and had to have a new line put in from house to alley, tearing up most of our backyard in the process. It's going to take many hours and weeks to get it ready before my son's graduation party in June. To say I'm concerned is an understatement. I would love to just hire someone to do it for us, but we just spent thousands on the repair. Thanks for stopping by today.

C is for Cat

Hello! I recently picked up both of the big grumpy sets from TE (the cat and the bear), plus the extra sentiment sets. I have a couple friends who love snarky cards to send out, so I try to find new sentiments when I can. When I ran across this challenge (Sisterhood of the snarky stamper) while looking for challenges to play along with today.. I knew just what stamp to use. A snarky cat is just the perfect thing! Thanks for stopping by today

htHello! I've finally had a bit of time to craft today. I made lots and lots of cards. I've been in a rut lately so it felt good to be creative today. This is for this week's color challenge at color throwdown. I love this week's colors and have been wanting to play along, but only now found the time to sit down and create something. I used the peony stencil from SSS, gina k inks and some nuvo drops for the centers of the flowers. Thanks for stopping by today.

THAIC #65

Hello! I'm back with another Christmas card to share for our "anything goes " challenge. I loved this die from the greetery the moment I saw it. I had to wait a bit to get it as it sold out right away. I'm not sure I will mass produce this one as it has lots of pieces that fit together.  It's been a very stressful week here for me, lots of unexpected stuff came up. 1) major plumbing issues, had to have new water line installed from house to city tie in(very very expensive) , 2) during installation plumbers hit our gas line due to it being improperly marked my gas company, 3) my teenager who was licensed 13 days had an accident in his car (he just bought himself) , he was not injured but still very stressful. So if anyone is looking for me I'll be hiding in my craft room. See you soon.

Hello! I'm back with a sketch challenge card this time.  Still plugging away on my Valentine cards, how about you guys? I wanted to create a sketch that could be for something other than just Valentine cards, you could use a large and small floral image in place of the hearts. Thank you for playing along with us at CC&S.

Good Morning! I've been wanting to play along with this color challenge all week, but life got in the way. I finally found a few minutes of time to myself and came up with this . The floral stamp is from the greetery , I just love this stamp. I my masking stencil (TE) for the background , inks are Gina K and sentiment is from SSS. I'm happy with how it turned out. Sometimes using no traditional colors for flowers or leaves really is fun. Thanks for stopping by, have a great week.

CC&S #356

Hello! I'm hosting the challenges this month over at CAS Colours and Sketches. With the Valentine's day holiday fast approaching , I wanted to use colors that lend to Valentine's cards easily. I don't give my hubby a Valentine, but I do sell plenty at work. The dies used for this card are: heart; Altenew, love ; Memory box, hearts ; SSS and the sentiment is Taylored expressions. Thanks for stopping by today.
